Excellent establishment for fun and competition with friends and family alike!. Parking is plentiful and the staff is incredibly friendly and safety conscious for everyone. All questions are addressed and rules are explained in detail, so you never have to worry about anything except having a great time with family and friends! Try it once and you'll be back for more, and more and more!!!
Excellent experience! Had tons of fun! Lots of different axe and hatchet options as well as great, friendly staff! Will definitely be returning! And BYOB is a plus!
We were a party of 4 (2 teenagers and 2 adults) and we had a blast! It's awesome that you can bring your own food and drinks. Definitely a great way to spend an hour (or more) with some friends/family.
This place was so much fun! My group went there to start to bachelor/Bachelorette weekend. With all the stress of wedding planning this was what everyone needed. It was clean and the setup was good and spacious. Our instructor was amazing. They played great music. Very comfortable setting. Will definitely be back.
Went to the Poconos this past weekend for a bachelor party. One of the events for the weekend was an outing at Splinters. I had booked the private 'Board room' for 13 total guys. Shane (the owner) was very friendly and made sure that my group had a great time during our time there. He spent 10-15 minutes with the group before our session began to ensure all of us knew the proper techniques to throwing the axe, as well as the scoring system.The private room itself is a GREAT setup for any group gathering (such as a bachelor party), or even a work team building event. Allowing to bring in food and drinks was a plus!Everyone in the group had a fun time. I would highly recommend Splinters as a perfect date night activity and for a larger social gathering in the 'Board room'.Thanks to Shane and the staff at Splinters for making this outing a big success!
