Deposits & Final Payment

If you secured your booking with a deposit, the remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 24 hours before your activity.

 

To update your payment method, please contact our team at (570) 972-0333.  In the event of a declined transaction, we will attempt to reach you to arrange an alternative payment. Please note that failure to provide a valid payment method may result in the automatic cancellation of your booking.

 

Trip Protection (Highly Recommended)

  • Adding Trip Protection provides maximum flexibility by overriding our standard policy

  • Ultimate Flexibility: Cancel or modify your booking for any reason up to 1 hour before your scheduled start time.

  • Refunds: You will receive a full reimbursement of your booking, less the cost of trip protection and processing fee(s).

  • One-Time Use: Trip Protection is valid for one modification (one re-booking or one cancellation). Once a booking has been changed using this protection, it is no longer eligible for further refunds or adjustments.

Standard Cancellation Policy (Applies to all bookings without Trip Protection)

 

Same-day booking regardless of type: Non-refundable.

  • Lane: Non-refundable within 3 days of the scheduled session time.

  • Stall: Non-refundable within 7 days of the scheduled session time.

  • Private Room: Non-refundable within 14 days of the scheduled session time.

  • Building: Non-refundable within 30 days of the scheduled session time.

Standard Rebooking Policy

If you need to change your time, we will do our best to accommodate you based on availability. A rebooking fee of 30% will be applied to the card on file for any changes made within this 24 hour window. Please note that rebooking is not guaranteed and is limited to one change per reservation.

 

The Fine Print

  • Arrivals: We are not liable for delays related to traffic or external travel issues such as weather. Please plan to arrive early to ensure your session starts on time.

  • Third-Party Vouchers: Bookings made through external vendors may be subject to different cancellation terms. Please refer to the specific terms provided by that vendor.

  • In the event that you do not arrive within 20 minutes after your scheduled session time, we will assume that you are a no-show and your space may be forfeited. With a valid email, our booking system will send you a 24 hour reminder of your session time; ultimately it is your responsibility to be aware of your scheduled start time.

  • Informing us that you are running late will only hold your space, but not guarantee we will be able to extend your time if you arrive past the 20 minutes of your scheduled session time.
