Deposits & Final Payment
If you secured your booking with a deposit, the remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 24 hours before your activity.
To update your payment method, please contact our team at (570) 972-0333. In the event of a declined transaction, we will attempt to reach you to arrange an alternative payment. Please note that failure to provide a valid payment method may result in the automatic cancellation of your booking.
Trip Protection (Highly Recommended)
Adding Trip Protection provides maximum flexibility by overriding our standard policies and non-actionable periods.
Ultimate Flexibility: Reschedule, cancel or modify your booking for any reason up to 1 hour before your scheduled start time.
Refunds: You will receive your full payment, minus the protection and transaction fees.
One-Time Use: Trip Protection is valid for one modification (size/service type), reschedule or cancellation. Once a booking has been changed using this protection, it is no longer eligible for modification, reschedule or cancellation.
Policy Restriction Periods
Same-Day Bookings: Within 24 hours of the scheduled session time.
Lane Bookings: Within 3 days of the scheduled session time.
Stall Bookings: Within 7 days of the scheduled session time.
Private Room Bookings: Within 14 days of the scheduled session time.
Full Building Rentals: Within 30 days of the scheduled session time.
Mobile Unit Bookings: Within 7 days of the scheduled session time.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, we will do our best to process your request as smoothly as possible.
How to request: Cancellation requests are only accepted via phone or email.
Confirmation & Billing: Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the cancellation and any applicable refund/charges, subject to our standard policy deadlines.
Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate you based on our current availability.
How to request: Rescheduling requests are only accepted via phone or email.
Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once the change is complete.
Fees: A 20% rescheduling fee will be charged to the card on file for any changes made between the start of the restriction period and 1 hour prior to your scheduled session.
Booking Modifications (Size or Service Type)
If you need to modify your booking (such as changing the group size or service type), we will do our best to accommodate your request.
How to request: Modification requests must be made via phone or email.
Confirmation & Billing: You will receive an updated email confirmation. Any additional charges or eligible refunds will be processed at that time.
Downsizing Fees: A 20% downsizing fee will be charged to the card on file for any reduction in size or tier made between the start of the restriction period and 1 hour prior to your session.
Availability & Additional Policies: Modifications are subject to availability. While you are not limited to a single modification, if your requested change requires moving to a different time slot due to availability, the Rescheduling Policy and its associated fees will apply.
The Fine Print
Arrivals: We are not liable for delays related to traffic or external travel issues such as weather. Please plan to arrive early to ensure your session starts on time.
Third-Party Vouchers: Bookings made through external vendors may be subject to different cancellation terms. Please refer to the specific terms provided by that vendor.
Late Arrival & No-Show: If we haven’t heard from you with a phone call or voicemail, we will hold your spot for 15 minutes. After this time, the session will be marked as a no-show and your space may be forfeited. If you call to let us know you’re running late, we will extend that hold to 30 minutes. However, please note that we cannot guarantee a session extension; your appointment will likely still end at its originally scheduled time.
