No worries, we are soooo confident that you will never ever cancel that we are able to be very generous.

Hey, you know what's better than finding a forgotten twenty-dollar bill in your pocket? Making a quick phone call to let us know what's up.

  1. For online bookings, you will see a Cancel booking button on the confirmation page and in the confirmation email.  There are some situations where you will not be able to cancel your booking online, such as:

    • The booking contact does not have an email address attached.

    • An online deposit was collected for the booking.

    • The payment for the booking was either partially or totally paid with a gift card or a voucher.

    • The booking time is less than the time from the attempt to cancel as presented below.

  2. You also can contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a refund.  Any other method of communications without a confirmation response from us needs to be viewed as lost.

  3. Customers will receive a full refund or gift certificate in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. 

  4. Lane reservation cancellation requires at least 1 day (24 hours) in advance notice from your booking time to receive a full refund.  If you do make your reservation, but you have a reduction in qty than booked, we will refund the difference.  Rebooking also requires 24 hours in advance notice for us to accommodate your request.

  5. Stall reservation cancellation requires at least 2 days (48 hours) in advance notice from your booking time to receive a full refund.  Any time earlier, you will be charged the balance owed.  If you do make your reservation, but you have a reduction in booking from a Stall to a Lane we will not refund the difference.  Rebooking also requires 48 hour in advance notice for us to accommodate your request.

  6. Private Room reservation cancellation requires at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance notice from your booking time to receive a full refund.  Any time earlier, you will be charged the balance owed.  If you do make your reservation, but have a change in qty which changes the price point, we will adjust the price which either means a refund or a balance owed.  If you no longer require the Private Room and want a Stall/Lane instead, we still require at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance notice for the change and will be charged the balance owed from original booking.  Rebooking also requires 72 hours in advance notice for us to accommodate your request.

  7. In the event that you do not arrive within 20 minutes after your scheduled booking time, we will assume that you are a no-show and your space may be forfeited. No-shows will be charged the balance owed.

  8. Informing us that you are running late will only hold your space, but not guarantee we will be able to extend your time.
