For online bookings, you will see a Cancel booking button on the confirmation page and in the confirmation email. There are some situations where you will not be able to cancel your booking online, such as:

The booking contact does not have an email address attached.

An online deposit was collected for the booking.

The payment for the booking was either partially or totally paid with a gift card or a voucher.

The scheduled session time is less than the time from the attempt to cancel as presented below.

You also can contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a refund. Any other method of communications without a confirmation response from us needs to be viewed as lost.

Customers will receive a full refund or gift certificate in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Lane cancellation requires a minimal of 24-hour notice from your scheduled session time for a full refund else you will be charged the balance owed. Rebooking requires 24-hour notice from your scheduled session time. Price adjustments for quantity change within the Lane can be made when you arrive.

Stall cancellation requires a minimal of 48-hour notice from your scheduled session time for a full refund else you will be charged the balance owed. Rebooking or downgrade to a Lane will requires 48-hour notice from your scheduled session time. Price adjustments for quantity change within the Stall can be made when you arrive.

Private Room cancellation requires a minimal of 72-hour notice from your scheduled session time for a full refund else you will be charged the balance owed. Rebooking or downgrades to a Stall/Lane requires 72-hour notice from your scheduled session time. Price adjustments for quantity change within the Private Room can be made when you arrive.

Building cancellation requires a minimal of 120-hour notice from your scheduled session time for a full refund else you will be charged the balance owed. Rebooking or downgrades to a Private Room/Stall/Lane requires 120-hour notice from your scheduled session time. Price adjustments for quantity change with the Building can be made when you arrive.

In the event that you do not arrive within 15 minutes after your scheduled session time, we will assume that you are a no-show and your space may be forfeited. No-shows will be charged the balance owed.

Informing us that you are running late will only hold your space, but not guarantee we will be able to extend your time.

If you miss your scheduled session, you’ll be charged an additional 50% of your booking price to reschedule.
